Lead Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for leading the development of architectural projects from concept to completion.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project scope and context.
  • Prepare and articulate detailed design briefs aligned with client goals.
  • Propose optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Identify and engage external consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.).
  • Ensure design integrity is upheld throughout project development and execution.
  • Manage vendor selection, contracting, and relationships.
  • Oversee design coordination with operational teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs.
Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
  • Experience in hospitality projects is a strong plus.
