Principal Designer

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma, Bachelors, or Masters in Architecture and have 10-13+ years of experience. They should have a background in designing conceptual ideas, developing project designs with detailed drawings and Bills of Quantities.
Key skills include in-depth knowledge of Commercial, Residential, and Institutional Architectural Projects planning and execution, expertise in drafting technical drawings, and working closely with a team of professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from design conceptualization to final project delivery, coordinating with project coordinators, architects, and structural consultants, and directly managing supporting staff.
They must be able to work with clients, understand their needs, and translate design ideas into sketches while ensuring consistency in design ideas across all assigned projects.
A strong understanding of building technologies, environmental design, and construction techniques is also essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
