Guidance Expert

We are seeking a Guidance Expert to provide personalized mentorship and motivational coaching to help individuals set, pursue, and achieve meaningful goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create impactful presentations and workshop materials for group and one-on-one sessions.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops with excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Apply coaching methodologies tailored to each client's challenges and aspirations.
  • Track client progress and regularly review and update plans as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality, create a supportive coaching environment, and encourage client self-reflection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for impactful speaking and presentations.
  • Strong listening, empathy, and motivational abilities to connect and inspire clients.
  • Experience in creating training materials or multimedia presentations is beneficial.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a positive mindset; confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with Psychology considered advantageous for deeper insights into client motivation and behavior.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Passionate about mentoring and helping others achieve their highest potential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for content creation and session planning.
  • Comfortable leading groups, speaking publicly, and adapting content for diverse audiences.
  • Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or training is beneficial but not mandatory.
