Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced visualization techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, DAX, Power Query and SQL. They will be responsible for connecting to various data sources, ensuring data accuracy, reliability and performance optimization.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. The successful candidate will also implement best practices in data visualization, governance and security.

About the Role

  • Design and develop complex Power BI solutions using advanced visualization techniques.
  • Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud data warehouses) and ensure data accuracy, reliability and performance optimization.
  • Develop and manage data models, DAX measures and calculated columns to support analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement best practices in data visualization, governance and security.
  • Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues and optimize Power BI solutions for speed and scalability.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in Power BI development and data visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL, data preparation and data cleansing.
