Job Title: Mobilization Campaign Leader

Mobilization campaigns play a pivotal role in driving business growth, and as a Mobilization Campaign Leader, you will be at the forefront of this effort.

The ideal candidate will possess 6-8 years of experience in mobilization, campus placements, institutional partnerships, community engagement, or recruitment. This individual will have a proven track record of planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives, building and maintaining relationships with vocational institutes, and owning end-to-end candidate funnels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with vocational institutes
  • Planning and executing mobilization campaigns
  • Owning end-to-end candidate funnels
  • Coordinating logistics
  • Conducting pre-screening and assessments

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a good command of English and Hindi, and experience working with government skilling programmes, placement cells, or reputable vocational mobilization projects.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience managing a small team of field mobilisers or coordinators and familiarity with digital onboarding/app-based registration flows.

This is a highly field-oriented role requiring relationship-building, event management, data-driven tracking, and experience running large mobilization campaigns.
