Job Title

A detail-oriented Cybersecurity Professional is sought to manage and maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve firewall-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls, including physical and virtual appliances.
  • Perform L2-level troubleshooting of network and security incidents.
  • Analyze and resolve firewall-related issues, including traffic flow, policy violations, and NAT.
  • Configure and update firewall rules, security policies, objects, NAT rules, and address groups.
  • Set up and manage IPsec and SSL VPNs on Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Monitor and analyze logs using Palo Alto tools and Panorama.
  • Support change requests, configuration changes, and policy optimizations.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, change records, and SOPs.
  • Participate in planned maintenance windows, patching, and upgrade activities.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and foundational knowledge of network and security operations.
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
