Role Description
The primary objective of this position would be to assist in the development and implementation of brand building strategies across various product categories under our portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Market Understanding: Developing an in-depth understanding of target groups, their triggers and barriers; competitive landscape, etc.
- New Products Development (NPD): Collaborating in the creation of communication materials across touchpoints such as product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
- Communication Development: Assisting in managing all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
- Data Analytics: Driving measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with relevant stakeholders across the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
- Offline Understanding: The role requires market visits to track offline business health metrics such as Distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility, and Planogramming.
- Other activities: Supporting portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exposure to handling business in Offline channels is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for building a consumer brand.
