Job Description:

Account Manager


Experience Required:

  • 4+ Years in a relevant field of work

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Possess thorough knowledge of the plan in hand for accounts under your purview and interact with clients, understand briefs, campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation, and discuss solutions to enhance the brand's position.
  2. Develop monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief, set timelines for projects basis the brand priorities, and manage client expectations by keeping them informed on various activities.
  3. Timely report the brand performance to the client as per the pre-decided scope, identify learnings and implement suggestions to the strategy basis of the report.
  4. Be the primary custodian for the brand when it is an integrated account, simultaneously set internal processes for efficient team management and workflow.
  5. Manage and oversee the work of a group of team members to ensure the timely delivery of day-to-day brand requirements
  6. Provide training support to the team as and when required and provide guidance
  7. Identify key performers within the team and map out a growth plan and create a succession plan.
  8. Analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and technical teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
  10. Identify opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services to existing clients.
  11. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Share knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
