Your key responsibilities include working with a team to identify business requirements and develop solutions using an eGRC tool. You will map customer needs to the system's functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes.

  • Design and develop custom applications and modules to meet specific client needs and compliance requirements.
  • Configure and customize workflows, policies, forms, and user interface elements to create efficient solutions.
  • Participate in scrum meetings and drive process optimization using automation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and scripts to enhance system functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest system features and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • eGRC tool experience is essential.
  • Auditboard GRC certifications are desirable.
  • Basic understanding of cross GRC domains including Information Security, business continuity, and Risk Management.
  • Team building skills, knowledge sharing, training, motivating, and development of team members.
  • Good understanding of Auditboard technology platform.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Familiarity with program and project management practices and typical IT systems development life cycle is beneficial.
