Leading Learning and Development Expertise: Director of L&D

 

About the Role:

A pioneering role that necessitates a visionary leader to spearhead impactful learning strategies aligning with organizational objectives, driving employee growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative learning programs supporting business goals and future needs through scalable solutions.
  • Design and execute effective training initiatives including leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact workshops enhancing communication, behavioral, analytical, and soft skills.
  • Foster continuous learning through tailored leadership frameworks and customized training roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create comprehensive training plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Mentor team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
  • Craft and maintain high-quality instructional materials including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
