About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of advanced embedding models, ranking systems, and classification algorithms. As part of our innovative AI-centric Sales Navigator platform, you'll work on projects that drive significant economic value for our customers.

Your expertise will be applied to building Agentic and GenAI-powered search and recommendation systems, tuning domain-specific Large Language Models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and deploy large-scale production ML pipelines for embedding generation, model inference, and continuous retraining.
  • Design and train ranking models that optimize search relevance and entity discovery.
  • Build state-of-the-art supervised and semi-supervised models that scale to hundreds of millions of companies and business signals.

You'll also have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, represent our company in academic and industry circles, and showcase our innovation and scientific expertise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Statistical modeling/inference, Data mining, Graph/geometric deep learning, or similar quantitative disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience working on Recommendation systems, Machine Learning, or related areas.
  • Understanding of standard programming and software engineering practices.
