Job Title: Mortgage Sales Manager
This role involves interacting directly with customers and is responsible for acquiring Home Loan customers for a designated branch. Key responsibilities include explaining and selling banking products to customers, acting as a link between customers and the bank to ensure best-in-class service, supervising catchment mapping, customer feedback, identifying and converting potential opportunities, driving client acquisition, deepening customer relationships, and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of Home Loan customers in the identified segment.
- Meet and exceed defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer.
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on opportunities and customer needs.
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy.
Managerial Leadership Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Create an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets.
Education Qualification:
- Graduation: Any Graduation.
- Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Home Loans LIG MIG.
