Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of complex business technology solutions into production. This individual will be responsible for driving the planning, prioritization, and implementation of new projects and system enhancements across our Salesforce platform.

  • Responsible for business requirement understanding, writing user stories, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and working with the development team for planning and solutioning.
  • Facilitate design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the CPQ application as well as other declarative parts of the Salesforce platform.

This person will be hands-on and will need to be an expert in the Salesforce CPQ platform as well as Sales Cloud. They will work collaboratively with other business systems analysts and product managers to drive the work forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the planning, prioritization, JIRA user stories, design, development, and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.
  2. Collaborate with other business systems analysts and product managers in both the US and offshore locations to drive the work forward.
  3. Support existing Salesforce CPQ and billing solutions (and related applications), working on production support, trouble-shooting issues, and implementing small to large enhancements.
  4. Contribute to large strategic projects and/or new solutions in the Quote-to-Cash space.
  5. Deliver Salesforce platform updates as a key member responsible for the design, development, and release of strategic projects.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of IT experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, computer engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst/product manager supporting the Salesforce CPQ platform.
  • Deep understanding of the product suite, including CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, Community Cloud, and the AppExchange.
  • Managing application development at scale, employing SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
Professional Experience/Qualifications

Has successfully led the development and delivery of multiple complex business technology solutions into production that have achieved or surpassed business goals. Experience developing and supporting mission-critical applications optimized to run in the cloud or virtualized environments.

Deep knowledge of system architecture, technical design, and system and software development technology. Preferred Skills/Experiences: Project Management, Salesforce Admin Certification (201) and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.],
