We are seeking an experienced Financial Expert to lead our auditing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in internal audit and/or risks and controls based auditing. A strong understanding of direct and indirect taxation compliance is essential. This position is based at our Navi Mumbai branches.

  • Conduct various audits, including internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
  • Manage tax filings and ensure timely and accurate tax payments and submissions.
  • Oversee audits and work with the team to ensure efficient and accurate audit processes.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to management for decision-making.
  • Review financial data and prepare reports on financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws, taxation laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
  • Min. 2 years of experience post-qualification.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Internal Audit Exposure is a MUST.
  • Experience in Finance or investment management shall be PREFERRED.
