Job Title: Investment Research Lead

We are a research and consulting firm providing outsourced research solutions to global clients. Our team has accomplished over 3000 assignments for more than 250 clients, with two-thirds of revenue coming from repeat clients.

Our unique global research expertise is derived from three decades of strategic consulting pedigree from our parent company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Investment Research practice with profit and loss responsibility.
  2. Identify growth opportunities through new products/services or market entry.
  3. Provide leadership support to the delivery team, achieving quality and operational excellence.
  4. Assist the business development team in winning new clients.
  5. Establish best practices in employee engagement and training.
  6. Support marketing initiatives, write thought leadership papers, and represent the company on media platforms.
  7. Foster strong client relationships.
  8. Lead team-building efforts and related activities.

Requirements:

  1. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  2. Capable multitasker with analytical orientation.
  3. Client management with a strong customer focus.
  4. High achiever, driven, motivated to deliver results.
  5. Excellent sales and business development skills.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Total 15 years of experience, with at least 7 years of experience managing teams in investment research.
  2. KPO industry experience handling Private Equity/Investment Banking/Asset Management/Brokerage clients.
  3. Relevant background in research within the BFSI industry.
  4. Strong knowledge of finance, macro, and business drivers, valuation methodologies, and investor pitch documents.
  5. Able to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to buy-side and sell-side clients.
  6. Manage equity research processes, including coverage of global stocks, financial modeling, and valuation assessments.
  7. Lead investment due diligence for private equity, M&A advisory, and corporate finance clients.
  8. Business development experience identifying solutions and capabilities, preparing pitch decks and proposals, and participating in meetings with prospective clients.
