Job Opportunity: Lead AI/ML Innovations

We seek a visionary leader to drive our AI/ML strategy and revolutionize matchmaking platforms. In this pivotal role, you will propel innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement, leveraging data science to redefine how people find love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ai/ml strategy leadership: define and execute the ai/ml roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Champion the integration of ai and llms to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy llm-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced analytics for business growth: lead the analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team leadership & innovation: build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to align ai/ml innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Drive operational excellence: implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling ai solutions that directly impact the business KPIs.
  • Strategic partnerships: establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of ai/ml innovations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications).
  • B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or related field from tier 1 or premium engineering institutions; MBA or executive education preferred.
