Senior Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to collaborate with our asset management team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing cash flows, tracking asset performance, managing risk, and collaborating with external partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring cash flows and tracking asset performance
  • Managing risk and overseeing third-party partners
  • Collaborating with the asset management team and external business partners

You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams on lender reporting, loan covenants, and credit agreements. Additionally, you will work closely with the client's technology team and third-party consultants on high-priority real estate technology implementation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess sound experience in asset management or related fields, strong accounting knowledge, and advanced MS Excel skills. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Sound experience in asset management or related fields (6-8 years)
  • Strong accounting (US GAAP & IFRS) knowledge with advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with a well-developed understanding of key investment performance drivers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Academic Requirements:

  • CPA / CFA / MBA or equivalent qualification in accounting & finance from a reputed institution
