This role focuses on developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

The ideal candidate will have experience with functional testing applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP
  • Hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials
  • Analyse and improve existing test automation strategies and processes.
  • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.
  • Empower and enhance delivery from offshore ensure close coordination
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation
  • Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium
  • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes
