Accounting Clerk

The role of Accounting Clerk is vital in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our operations by processing timely and precise invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices for customers
  • Meet invoice delivery timelines and deadlines
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing systems
  • Submit invoices electronically via data interchange
  • Verify each field on invoices before submission
  • Maintain supporting documents and backups for invoices
  • Monitor and update invoice submission status in our accounting software
  • Keep detailed records of invoice submissions and customer invoicing processes
  • Collaborate closely with payroll and accounting teams to streamline invoice submissions
  • Issue statements of accounts to customers
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets
  • Handle invoice rejections and credits/rebills efficiently
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of experience in accounting and invoicing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table)
  • Strong analytical and process knowledge
  • Basic accounting knowledge and principles
