About our data analytics function:

We're looking for a leader to drive strategic insights across the business. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and scaling a data-driven culture, enabling informed decision-making, and aligning analytics with business goals.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities include developing performance marketing strategies, building an analytics team, defining team structure, leading paid campaigns, working with cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign performance, monitoring daily reports, collaborating with engineering and data teams, conducting A/B testing, building the marketing budget, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

What We're Looking For :

  • A proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search advertising.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
