Job Title: Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Our team is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our operations.

  • Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to inspect and monitor the performance of automation systems and chlorine dioxide machines.
  • Evaluate system efficiency and ensure all parameters are within desired ranges.
Installation and Commissioning:

The successful candidate will install, commission, and troubleshoot automation systems and chlorine dioxide machines for cooling towers and chilled water systems.

  • Install and configure automation monitoring systems, including online and remote setups.
  • Implement corrosion holding racks and monitor coupons, All-Solid Unidoser, and Multidoser treatment systems.
System Integration and Upgrades:

We require a Service Engineer to integrate chemical dosing systems into automation platforms and support upgrades of existing systems to monitor additional parameters as needed.

  • Collaborate with customers to ensure timely execution of equipment installation and commissioning activities.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for optimal system functioning.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by promoting automation systems to increase sales.
Education Qualifications:

A degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Relevant experience and skills may also be considered.
