Job Overview:

We seek a talented Backend Development Intern to assist in building and maintaining APIs and backend services. As a Backend Intern, you will write clean and efficient Python code under guidance, work with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to store and retrieve data, debug and fix issues in existing backend components, collaborate with senior developers in code reviews and testing, learn best practices for scalable and secure backend systems, and participate in agile ceremonies and team discussions to understand development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building and maintaining APIs and backend services
  • Write clean, efficient Python code under guidance
  • Work with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to store and retrieve data
  • Debug and fix issues in existing backend components
  • Collaborate with senior developers in code reviews and testing
  • Learn best practices for scalable and secure backend systems
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and team discussions to understand development workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL basics)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
