Accounts Finance Manager Role

We are hiring a Graduate/Semi Qualified CA for Accounts Executive designation who will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounts, preparing financial reports, maintaining management information system (MIS) reports and other finance operations.

The organization is a leading spiritual organization which propagates education centers, food donation, religious practices. It is widely spread in 100+ countries across the globe with 600+ centers.

  • Manage and maintain accurate books of accounts (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries)
  • Handle receipts, billing and vendor payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, goods and services tax (GST), tax deducted at source (TDS) and other statutory filings
  • Coordinate with auditors by providing required documents during audits
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of finance matters
  • Assist in generating MIS reports and financial summaries

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have proven experience in accounting
  • Hands on experience with tally software for at least 2 years
  • Should be able to work individually
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS office
  • Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)

Qualifications: CA inter / B. Com / M. Com
Experience: 2-4 Years of relevant experience
Work type: work from office
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (9 AM to 6 PM)
