Job Posting: Financial Analyst

This position plays a vital role in supporting the finance and accounting department. The successful candidate will assist with financial reporting, consolidations, and special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in closing cycles for month, quarter, and year-end
  • Create journal entries for recurring transactions and complete reconciliations
  • Review bank transactions and post entries into the general ledger
  • Manage travel and expense system postings and reporting
  • Perform research as needed
  • Review R&D entity reports and record transactions
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
  • Improve process efficiencies and automation
  • Support system implementations and internal controls development

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Netsuite
  • Honesty, integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain privacy
  • Multitasking and project prioritization
  • Organizational and accounting skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent combination
  • US GAAP knowledge (IFRS preferred)
  • 4+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong excel skills
