Employee Advocate Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional to serve as our Employee Advocate. In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling employee concerns and grievances with discretion, care, and professionalism.

As an Employee Advocate, you will play a key part in maintaining a transparent, compliant, and supportive work environment. Your exceptional conflict resolution skills will enable you to mediate between parties, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, 1-2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to remain objective and unbiased in sensitive situations.

  • Manage formal grievances and complaints in a confidential and impartial manner
  • Investigate issues through interviews, data collection, and thorough documentation
  • Mediate between employees and management to reach fair and timely resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
