Executive Director of Premier Client Group

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director to lead our Premier Client Group Desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Ultra High Net Worth Individuals by offering tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Promote and sell large portfolios, including PMS, AIF, bonds, and stock market offerings.
  • Build relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and position our offerings as optimal solutions.

Responsibilities Continue:

Client Acquisition & Business Development:
  • Acquire UHNWIs and HNWIs, creating bespoke wealth management strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the PCG business, leveraging personal networks and industry contacts.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership & Expansion:
  • Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers, client servicing professionals, and other staff members.
  • Foster a collaborative, client-centric team culture, ensuring each member delivers exceptional service.
Investment Product Expertise:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products, including PMS, AIFs, bonds, and mutual funds.
  • Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies and regulatory changes.
Sales & Performance Metrics:
  • Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business and expanding existing client portfolios.
  • Regularly track and report sales performance, client acquisition, and retention metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales, with a focus on UHNWIs and HNWIs.
  • Proven track record in selling large portfolios and managing high-value relationships.
