About Us

We're a startup on a mission to uplift people in India by providing them with tools and opportunities to move up in life. Our headquarters are in Mumbai, our engineering is primarily in Bengaluru, and our internal Design Studio is based out of Delhi. As a design team, we focus on solving tough challenges for India with design and innovation.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our design team and work on real-world challenges through design and innovation. You'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on under-served communities and contribute to the development of our products, currently focused on security.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in brainstorming and design thinking sprints to develop innovative solutions.
  • Assist in field studies, usability testing, user interviews, and documentation of insights to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to wireframes, UI screens, icons, and prototypes in Figma to bring designs to life.
  • Support in creating low-to-mid fidelity prototypes; learn to refine interactions and transitions.
  • Observe and conduct basic usability tests, prepare feedback reports, and iterate on designs to ensure they meet user needs.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Design or any other field with an industry-recognized certification in UX with an adequate portfolio.
  • 0-2 years of experience in UX Design.
  • Proficient in design software: Figma, Miro.
  • Familiarity with slide-presentation, video-editing, word processing, spreadsheets, and tinkering with newer AI tools.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (bonus if you know more regional languages).

We're looking for someone who is open to fieldwork, willing to learn, and adapt new-generation AI tools for research and design. Experience with AI-driven tools is a plus.
