About Performance Marketing

We are seeking a skilled performance marketer to drive growth and scale paid campaigns that boost installs, subscriptions, and conversions for health and fitness apps.

This role focuses on executing and optimizing paid campaigns daily, refining funnels, and ensuring growth at scale.

If you excel at scaling apps through ads, experimenting with creatives and funnels, and leveraging AI and analytics tools for performance, we'd love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms to drive installs and conversions.
  • Build and refine user acquisition funnels to ensure campaigns scale profitably.
  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows.
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across Meta, Apple, and Google.
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
