Mobile App Growth Marketer

Drive growth and profitability in the dynamic world of mobile apps. We're looking for a skilled performance-focused marketer to develop and execute strategies that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Apple, Google, and others, to drive installs and conversions.
  • Built and iterate on user acquisition funnels, ensuring campaigns scale profitably and efficiently.
  • Utilize AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization.
  • Analyse campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows, maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies to ensure our campaigns remain effective and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google).
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets.
  • Hands-on experience with Web2App Funnels and analytics tools like CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
