We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to drive cost-efficient high-quality production women's ethnic wear brand. You'll manage vendor partnerships ensure 95% OTIF delivery maintain quality standards optimize sourcing operations focusing on vendor relationships supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Optimization & Budget Management:

  • Analyze production costs identify opportunities cost optimization without compromising quality or brand integrity.
  • Develop manage sourcing budgets effectively monitor expenditures ensuring adherence financial targets.

2. Production Coordination & Fulfilment:

  • Coordinate closely with vendors ensure timely production shipping delivery garments maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure 95% OTIF.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Coordinate closely internal QA team conduct PP review meetings inline midline final inspection.
  • Monitor address any quality issues deviations throughout production process implementing corrective actions conjunction internal QA team as necessary.

4. Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management:

  • Identify onboard potential contract manufacturing partners capable producing women's ethnic wear garments line with brand standards requirements.
  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships key vendors foster long-term partnerships based trust transparency mutual benefit.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews provide feedback continuous improvement.

Qualification & Skills:

• 4+ years managing contract manufacturing vendors.

• Bachelor's degree Supply Chain Fashion Merchandising related field.

• Vendor network Jaipur (highly desirable).

• Proven sourcing procurement experience apparel/fashion.

• Strong negotiation partnership-building skills.

• Solid project management ability handle multiple priorities.

• Knowledge garment production quality standards supply chain.

• Leadership skills team cross-functional management.

• Excellent communication stakeholder management.

• Strong teamwork collaboration interpersonal abilities.

• Ability work independently multitask stay positive.
