Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer
Job Summary
· We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities
· Design and develop complex databases, data warehouses, and data marts to support business intelligence needs.
· Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into a centralized repository.
· Create and manage SSIS packages to automate data processing and loading tasks.
· Develop reports using SSRS and Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
· Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
· Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance of databases and reports.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development, database administration, or a related field.
· Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design.
· Proficiency in SSIS package development, debugging, and deployment.
· Experience with Power BI and SSRS report development, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
· Strong understanding of database concepts, including normalization, denormalization, and data modeling.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
