About the Role

This Senior Purchase Manager position is responsible for overseeing the entire purchasing process, from initial request to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate with suppliers.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery
  2. Budget and manage inventory levels, coordinating with vendors to mitigate supply disruptions
  3. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient functioning and adherence to company policies
  4. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, restocking, and organizing inventory to meet store needs
  5. Conduct regular inventory audits, track stock movement, and resolve discrepancies
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in furniture or automobile sector
  • Graduate degree; Master's degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
