Job Role
  • Work as a designated expert under our India Services team, providing on-site and remote consulting services.
  • Deliver design, implementation, optimization, audit, pre-sales, and training services to meet customer needs.
  • Promote the use of Check Point products and help customers achieve the best return on investment.
  • Setup labs and validate designs, migration procedures according to project requirements.
  • Break down technical workflows in accordance with project timelines.
  • Maintain timely and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Educate clients and partners on design, deployment, and operation best practices related to specific business industries.
  • Create technical writing and PowerPoint presentations based on project needs.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding project schedules and delivery quality.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple client engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner relationships.
  • Record daily project billable and non-billable time accurately.
Required Expertise
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT network design, implementation, and consulting for security products.
  • Strong exposure to Check Point VSX, Provider-1, 61K Firewall, and other network security products.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, including consulting and pre-sales.
  • Extensive troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Unix-based OS.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and be self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in training provision is advantageous.
  • Check Point CCSM certification is advantageous.
