Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our service operations in Ahmedabad, India.
About the Role:- Coordinate with employees and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Take feedback from previous day's work and plan daily schedules.
- Manage manpower allocation on a daily basis.
- Conduct annual equipment surveys and plan for repairs as a preventive measure.
- NIS before taking over new construction and modernization jobs.
- Conduct toolbox talks with employees to promote safe work practices.
- Maintain awareness about safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform Fatality Preventive Audits/Toolbox Demonstrations to enhance employee knowledge.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly review reports to track performance.
- Closure of T/Repair orders within stipulated timelines.
- Reduce callbacks and monitor quality of service delivery.
- Adhere to EH&S policy and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Create Safety awareness among employees.
- Ensure Zero accident/incident reporting across all projects.
- Diploma/BE in Engineering or relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in handling service operations in the Elevator industry.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Assertive, Proactive, Result orientated and Self-starter.
- Ability/Confidence to handle high profile Key Customers effectively.
