Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished technical product professional to oversee the development and management of our global digital hub serving healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team, working closely with development team to create and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented, collaborating with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes, conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries, working with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for healthcare and life science marketing technology products, managing the product roadmap and release schedule for healthcare and life science marketing technology products, and monitoring product performance and making data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology/Healthcare/FMCG company
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA
  • Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is a must
