Job Title: Senior Project and Program Manager

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.

- Oversee the development of project plans, risk management strategies, and other governance processes to ensure successful outcomes.

- Manage multiple scrums and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.

- Facilitate team events such as daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives to promote collaboration and improvement.

- Define project scope, goals, and work that align with business objectives, working closely with senior management and partners.

- Directly supervise project team members, including vendors, on project allocation, scheduling, problem/conflict resolution, and related activities.

- Assist in establishing and remedying large, complex programs, ensuring timely delivery and expected benefits.

- Develop an environment that fosters focus and productivity within the team.

- Educate the team on Lean and SAFe Agile practices, including Scrum methodology.

- Remove obstacles hindering team progress and provide support to the Product Owner in managing the backlog and guiding the team.

- Strengthen communication and collaboration among teams, especially those on the Agile Release Train (ART).

- Track team metrics and identify areas for improvement, driving performance enhancements.

- Guide the team towards self-management and continuous learning, promoting growth and development.

- Continuously update skills as a Scrum Master to better support team success, participating in communities of practice.

- Run scrum cadences across multiple teams globally, ensuring coordinated delivery.

Key Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of PMP principles, combining technical expertise with a drive to improve software, systems, and business processes.

- Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and/or programs, along with experience mentoring Project Managers.

- Strong program/project management skills, leveraging diverse methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and risk mitigation strategies.

- Solid business acumen, with ability to handle multiple priorities and build relationships up to executive levels across IT functions and the business.

- Possess strong learning agility and technical leadership, breaking down complex topics into actionable plans for team execution.

- Effective vendor management skills from RFP ideation to implementation management.

- Strong financial skills, forecasting sophisticated costing models and managing overall financial portfolios.

- Excellent analytical and gap/fit assessment abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with global teams.

- High degree of initiative and self-motivation, with ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.

- Team-oriented mindset, focusing on achieving shared goals.

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, facilitating clear communication.

- Ability to hold team members accountable for commitments and drive accountability throughout the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, along with 5-10 years of Information Systems experience.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; Certified Organizational Change Professional (CCMP) certification is desirable.

- Scrum Master certification is essential for this role.
