Operations Lead

The Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in Residential Interior fit-out projects, collaborating closely with design and installation teams to drive project success. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the execution phase of their home interiors, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: The Operations Lead is responsible for detailing review of drawings, understanding the scope as per BOQ, and explaining it to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Material Management: They oversee the receipt and validation of materials from Warehouse against Order / BOQ.
  • Project Coordination: Day-to-day coordination and teamwork between project stakeholders, including Design professionals, Production, Warehousing, and Installation teams.
  • Progress Reporting: The Operations Lead shares daily progress reports for installation works with customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Team Engagement: They engage, interact, and build professional relationships with internal teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: A Graduate / Equivalent Qualification (15 years of Academic education) is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.
  • Site Experience: The Operations Lead must have site job experience and be willing to work on-site.
  • Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office is necessary for efficient project management.
  • Project Management: A basic understanding of Project Management principles like scheduling and sequencing of installation activities is required.
