Job Description

The role involves providing mental health support and counseling services to students, fostering a culture of openness and empathy on campus.

As part of the student wellness initiative, you will engage with students in an empathetic manner and facilitate workshops and campaigns to promote emotional well-being.

You will work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that promote psychological safety and resilience among students.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
  • Experience working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic way.

The ideal candidate should possess flexibility, including night shifts, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
