About this role:

Dairy Saathi is an agritech platform connecting farmers directly to consumers through three dedicated frontend applications.

  • Admin web app for farm management
  • Mobile app for delivery drivers
  • Mobile app for end customers

We're seeking a skilled frontend engineer to own modern products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven company.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead frontend application development, architecture, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Promote frontend best practices
  • Drive innovation in UI/UX
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native application development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI frameworks
  • Strong background in unit testing and CI/CD
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and cross-functional collaboration
