Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Communications Specialist to spearhead our corporate communication efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term communication strategies that align with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans that effectively convey our company's message to various stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international media outlets to ensure consistent and accurate media coverage of our achievements, projects, and corporate activities.
  • Manage crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to our reputation and ensure preparedness for handling crises effectively with clear, concise, and rapid communication responses.
  • Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization and foster employee engagement through transparent and consistent messaging.
  • Manage communication strategies around Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to highlight our contributions to society and promote sustainability and social responsibility activities to enhance our corporate reputation.
  • Develop high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms, and implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
