Job Title: Sales & Operations Planning Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our S&OP function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end planning strategies for demand, supply, and inventory management.
  • Develop and manage high-performing teams to drive business results.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP and ERP systems such as SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience leading S&OP functions with a proven track record of success.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding of team members.
