We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Liaison to join our team at Zimson Watches. As a leading watch retailer since 1948, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of international and national brands across our 97 stores in South India.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Display enthusiasm and provide superior customer service
  2. Understand customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services
  3. Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
  4. Achieve sales targets and focus on increasing sales using advanced sales techniques
  5. Focusing on up selling/cross selling
  6. Maintain customer relationships to build long-term brand loyalty
  7. Handle new launches, promote products, and visualize merchandising
  8. Ensure stock replenishment at all times
  9. Maintain general cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual displays
  10. Implement CRM at the store level and provide relevant feedback
  11. Coordinate with the customer care center for after-sales service
  12. Generate daily sales reports
  13. Follow all company procedures in ordering, cash handling, and other common practices

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in business administration, sales, or related courses
  • Selling experience of at least 2 years preferably in the high-end segment in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication (including spoken and written English)
  • Strong selling skills and customer-oriented
  • Confident, friendly, and engaging personality
  • Well-mannered and polite
  • Immaculately groomed and physically fit
