Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless communication with clients and guests, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting or handling inquiries as necessary.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls to facilitate effective communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of office relocation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle phone calls professionally.
- Ability to analyze data and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and a strong networker with excellent relationship-building skills.
