Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B services marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in high-volume, multi-geo campaigns spanning India, the US, and UAE markets. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in omni-channel digital marketing, hands-on with modern tools, and capable of driving measurable lead generation and brand visibility across channels.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO with a focus on lead generation for B2B services. Strong hands-on expertise in campaign management, CRM platforms, marketing analytics/optimization tools, and sales navigation is required.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing narratives. They should also have a strong data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO with a focus on lead generation for B2B services
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Apollo, Campaign Manager, CRM platforms (Zoho or similar), marketing analytics/optimization tools (GA, Zoho Pagesense, Hotjar, etc.), and Sales Navigator
  • Good understanding of ABM strategies tailored to international audiences
  • Experience in managing websites (WordPress or equivalent CMS preferred)
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to craft compelling marketing narratives
