Job Description

Mirchi is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Media Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills. They should be self-motivated, a team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing client proposals and presentations
  • Planning weekly sales cycles by conducting account mining and client meetings
  • Preparing sales-related reports and ensuring adherence to processes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies

You will also be responsible for conducting market research, understanding client spends at a brand level, and developing Go-to-Market approaches. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell and cross-sell various properties to clients.
