The Role:

We're seeking an accomplished strategist to spearhead our learning enablement efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll architect innovative solutions that drive real transformation.

Your Mission:

Pull the lever of learning to propel growth and success. You'll design and implement tailored programs that equip our teams with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today's fast-paced landscape.

This isn't just about filling seats or delivering training – it's about fostering a culture of self-driven, AI-enabled, business-aligned learning that yields tangible results.

You'll work closely with leadership, teams, and technology partners to reimagine, personalize, and embed learning into the fabric of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of solvers, consultants, and client champions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design a Culture of Continuous Growth: Architect learning journeys that inspire, challenge, and equip our teams to stay ahead of the curve – future-ready and client-relevant.
2. Partner Like a Strategist: Collaborate with Business Leads to identify skill gaps, define learning outcomes, and drive measurable impact across the organization.
3. Infuse AI-Driven Learning: Leverage smart technology (LMS, analytics, AI-powered learning tools) to personalize, measure, and scale learning in meaningful ways.
4. Drive Certifications with Business Impact: Own the end-to-end pipeline of critical technical certifications, ensuring our teams are competitively differentiated.
5. Lead a Team of Learning Champions: Coach, empower, and grow a high-performing L&D team that thinks big, iterates fast, and delivers with empathy.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years in Learning Enablement, Organizational Development, or similar roles
• Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset and high empathy
• Strong experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, and certification programs
• Masters in HR, Psychology, or similar (MBA preferred – but mindset > resume)
• Proven record of influencing business outcomes through learning programs
• Stellar stakeholder management and negotiation skills
