Product Development Manager

The role and responsibilities of this position involve driving growth, managing lifecycle, and forecasting revenue and expenses to achieve business targets.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop customer-focused plans that align marketing activities using traditional and innovative tools and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop local market life cycle strategies.
  • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
  • Develop brand marketing plans based on brand positioning, customer segmentation, and regional needs.
  • Allocate and execute in-brand budgets.
Marketing Execution:
  • Coordinate with brand teams to ensure promotional messages and standard programs to maximize portfolio value across key accounts/private hospital.
Performance Metrics:
  • Achieve product revenue and market share targets.
  • Successful product launches and lifecycle management outcomes.
  • Effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

Required Skills:

  • Strategic and operational business/marketing planning.
  • Key account management and customer marketing experience preferred.
  • Customer insights to understand their needs and translate into strategy.
  • Market execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpretation, and communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in sciences, pharmacy, or relevant field.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of marketing experience including 1-2 years as a product executive or assistant product manager role.
