Financial Leadership Role

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage our annual budget and financial forecasts
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Manage our accounting and finance team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve organizational goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPA or CA designation required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role
  • Proven track record of financial management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
