We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant.

About the Job
  • This position involves implementing key configurations on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Midserver setup, CMDB creation, Discovery processes, and Service Graph Connector integration.
  • A solid understanding of Networking concepts, including DMZ zones, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environments, and Industrial control systems is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in OT network functions, Purdue Model architecture, and scripting languages such as Power/Shell.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and develop ITOM configurations.
  • Document technical details and prepare training material for project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4-12 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide environments.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of IT industry experience.
  • Good understanding of Networking concepts, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and scripting languages.
  • Moderate understanding of Database level architecture and SQL query writing.

Candidates should possess prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow. Experience in identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions is also desirable. Effective collaboration with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions is crucial.
