About the Role:

Earthful needs a Quality Assurance Specialist with attention to detail to maintain consistent quality.

This role plays a vital part in upholding the brand's reputation and delivering safe, high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain quality control protocols and SOPs.

• Audit and approve manufacturers and suppliers.

• Manage quality checks through internal and third-party labs.

• Successfully complete Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Food Security Training.

• Lead issue resolution through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food technology or a related field.

• 2-3 years minimum work experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also be proactive and results-driven, with a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
